What are the shipping times?

All wholesale orders are processed within 14 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All samples orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. All hair bundles orders are processed within 10 to 14 business days.

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.

Some items are missing from my order?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?
